      Good benefits, good management, very good work/life balance. Building is also very nice and the workspace provided is good.

      Cons

      Going through a merger right now so things are uncertain on whether they stay the same or not.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
