Worst work environment I've ever been in - Technical Recruiter Business Control Systems Employee Review

Poor job flow, unrefined recruiting platform, only had zip recruiter for posting jobs, no other tools to help find candidates, lots of talk around what to do to help but then never followed through, easier to berate and belittle employees into fear of losing their job, Extremely poor motivation. Being reprimanded in front of all your co workers, is not motivation, it is humiliation. I have never worked for an owner that was so condescending, believing everything she said was worth listening to, regardless of the fairness or decency of the comments. Would have reported her to HR, if there was any, but she was the one you would report it to, so why bother? Those that I felt were good people, ended up being copies of her, in the end, so it was just painful to wake up and go to work in the morning. Your opinion, while heard, was belittled or talked down to, if it didn't fit into a perfect little box. I eventually felt the anxiety of working there wasn't worth the salary *which was NOT market yielding* that I was given and left. I truly do not have one good thing to say about my experience there.
