Pros

I was recruited a last year by a fine young man at this company. During our conversation, he took the time to get to know me and really wanted to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me! I felt valued. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been contacted by Recruiters who won’t even attempt to try to know me and just see me as a number for their quota with zero enthusiasm! Unfortunately, I left because of a much better opportunity but my experience with this company is 10/10!

Cons

The only con was the PTO package. 40 hours and 6 paid holidays isn’t enticing.

Pros

BCS is a very family-oriented company that runs on Christian values. I worked there several years, and had the best coaching and mentorship which allowed me to grow and prepared me for other larger opportunities.

Cons

I loved working at BCS and had no downsides.

Pros

I had a positive experience working for Business Control Systems. The company culture is one of the best aspects—it's collaborative, and fosters a sense of community. Everyone is supportive and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. Working for gave me a real sense of purpose. I felt valued, and the work we do at BCS is meaningful and impactful. Management is not only approachable but truly supportive.

I had no cons working for BCS.
