One or two great leaders in upper management, and solid co-workers with whom you can commiserate. Good sales people leave as soon as they can close one major deal.
Cons
- Vastly over-estimates their ability for future growth and market cap. - No path forward, and plenty of 'title-only' promotions. - Benefit cuts that management pretends are an improvement. - Racism and sexism seems to be fairly accepted. - Your best chance of moving up is to be from Iowa.
