Pros
Some good people but not all of them. Everyone is looking out for themselves and one day will stab you in the back!!!
Cons
No help from the leaders, no help from the supervisors back up. When you get on the floore you are on your own. People who kiss you know what will get to the high positions and if you have opinions you will be let go. All the promises that being made during interview will not be kept.. If you are not become one of their favorites WATCH YOUR BACK!! Stay away from that company there is a better opportunities out there!!
