Pros
Be a seeker, everything is readily available to you to do your job you may have to find it yourself since workloads are heavy and those with tenure are generally overloaded in their positions and helping with other positions already. Don't take it to heart when they aren't able to assist you, be a seeker and use the resources available.
If you're a favorite of the 'higher-ups' you're golden. If you're not a favorite, be prepared to have a long road infront of you. It's possible though, just keep working hard, coworkers are WONDERFUL!
Cons
Vacation/PTO isn't competitive
Pay is below average and really need to push for a raise and it will be delayed which delays all possible future raises.
Be prepared for OE as if you're not this time of year will be VERY hard. After three OEs you'll get the hang of it.
Don't sweat the small stuff & don't take your work problems home with you.
