      Continuous improvement on technology and employee engagement

      Cons

      When it is fast paced during AE it is like x10 Due to multiple changes that can happen semi quickly affecting my role on the the phone- sometimes there is too much/too many documents to reference- need to clean up organization or something with so many reference docs
