Pros
Leadership is great. Given the opportunity to grow, develop and mentor. Given room to advance your knowledge and assist colleagues in a nurturing environment. Leaders listen to feedback and work to ensure voices are heard and ideas are implemented into a strategy initiative. Ideas for a process is give on a consistent bases. It is a laid back WFH environment. The work future is more on the health and family first. Being eager to learn and increasing one’s knowledge is cultivated not diminished.
Cons
The same things referenced above are not so in all departments . Some departments aren’t getting the training required to do a good job which sets them up for failure. More stewardship from individuals in leadership roles need to be done so all departments are having a positive work-life experience.
