Butterfly Effects Response
10yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. I do wish that access to candidates and experienced team members were of no issue in this industry and that waiting for the perfect fit for a client or family was reasonable. Today, families across the country wait patiently for a diagnosis, then for insurance verification, then for an opening in their area, and then for the availability of a Technician. Most of the time, they are a good fit because we vet our candidates thoroughly. But it is not a perfect system or world. And just as I can say from years of experience, sometimes you find an excellent teacher or clinician that makes all the difference in the world and sometimes you have to train the available team member so that the investment pays off for the client. Either way, the team member and client/family experience are equally important in our Company and I communicate that during every Town Hall meeting and every in person opportunity and electronic communication I have available to me. We are working diligently to provide the best balance of highly skilled team members across the country with the demand of only 17,000 BCBAs and a national need for 75,000. In remote settings where care is delivered in the best environment for the client, communication is a challenge. That is why we have invested in electronic records, an HRIS, email platforms, an Applicant Tracking System, and video conferencing. Our goal is to narrow that gap of communication that is truly a two-way street. I am always open to additional feedback and welcome the opportunity to speak directly. Thank you for your continued service and patience.
