Pros

Great clients and really make a difference in the children's lives as well as the families. Seeing just the smallest amount of progress in a client feels amazing and leaves you feeling so proud. The training is thorough and will leave someone with doubts feeling confident to run therapy by the end.

Cons

The training process is LONG. It takes months. It is not exactly their fault, there are many factors at play and there is a struggle to get enough clients that trainees can train with. Since the Registered Behavior Technician credential became mandatory to work with Tricare patients, new hires basically can't get a case unless a client is not on tricare, and 99% of them are.

Thank you for your review. In 2015, we spent a great deal of resources working through the Technician training piece which is critical to the successful outcomes of our clients and families. Today we are focused on throughput and improving the time from application to billable services with families. We appreciate how valuable your time is and we are working diligently to decrease the time from hire to start of care, without compromising quality. You will hear our plan if you tune into a Town Hall meeting this week!
