While it pains me to believe that someone does not see or feel the passion and compassion that I myself and others feel and exhibit in support of the Butterfly Effects Mission, I appreciate your feedback in recognizing that we have more work to do in building the culture in all remote corners of our field operations. Quality is always forefront and is reflected in the lower than standard productivity expectations across the industry. Our regulatory audits and team member engagement surveys and parent satisfaction scores paint a very different picture of our high ethical standards.
