Butterfly Effects Response
9yAs I always communicate through our monthly newsletters and every other month Town Hall meetings, the leadership team appreciates feedback and suggestions. While I wish that the commercial payer requirements to credential professionals and paraprofessionals in the world of ABA were different, we must comply with external forces and we will not compromise on training to provide the best outcomes for our clients and their families. Team members and candidates have the opportunity to improve the time from the application process to serving a client by choosing the pace at which training is completed upfront. With that said, many areas of the country do not have dedicated training families for hands-on field training and so we have continued to build our repertoire of solid alternatives to provide the utmost experience for the new team member in order to feel confident when placed in a home. To this end, we monitor our performance data points illustrating how well or not so well we are doing to bring on a new Technician. It is currently a focus with a defined project plan and project leader assessing where we can improve the process for throughput. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you to understand the challenges you encountered in your on boarding process. Challenges require creative solutions and so I would appreciate hearing your ideas.
