Pros
I have been an employee of ATS for five years, and have seen the transition under our parent company (BE) for the past three years. I have known all of the team members at BE to be warm, compassionate people who truly care for the clients that we serve and the employees at the company. I can understand that some people may share frustrations over the general burnout of this career field, but the team members at BE and ATS continue to listen to the conversation and make changes to enhance employee's experiences here. BE has full corporate office staff to serve the needs of each employee, as well as properly assure that billing, authorizations, recruiting, and human resources concerns are handled swiftly and with care. With the recent changes to management and the addition of a new President and Vice President of Clinical Services, there have already been upward movement in just the past couple of months. Upper management really cares about trying to ensure that the clinical integrity of our work exceeds industry standards, and that there is a work-life balance that helps to overcome the natural burnout that team members face in the field of ABA. Benefits and "perks" continue to grow at BE, and I am grateful for the support and generosity that the company has shown me over the past several years.
