Toxic work environment, No support, learning job on your own, BCBAs set you up to fail, prejudice/racist environment (believes stereotypes), does not adhere to all COVID restrictions, does not follow protocols/chains of command, “throws bricks and hide hands” administration/Regional Director/BCBAs, walking on eggshells, does not cater to “urban” early intervention clients as much as their caucasian peers, no medical benefits, HIGH turnover, just over all and all around TOXIC environment.
