Cons

No formal training regarding how to conduct sessions (expectation to learn through APF) Poor and lack of communication from clinical team No support from BCBAs (some are great others are awful) Cancellations of Weekly Check-ins with BCBA without notice HR does not care to resolve concerns and will go to the clinical team regarding your emails No cellphone or reinforcer stipend Was not provided a company device when first starting out Wellness Checks not completed regularly (before every session) COVID-19 Protocols and Sick Policy are not strict enough Unethical practices (example: not informing families of staff exposure to COVID-19 due to other clients) BCBAs and Mid-level Supervisors are able to provide a majority if not all supervision through Telehealth when RBTs are expecting to continue in-home services Clinical team with lie, gaslight, & downplay concerns regarding your safety and client safety when entering homes with sick clients or family members
