Understand that you are disposable to them. you are not seen as a human being, just a cog in a money making machine. They make lots of promises, but don't expect those promises to be kept. They are not upfront about how much time they require you to work that you can not bill for, they are not upfront about many aspects of the job. From a clinical perspective, the paperwork looks good, but the ability to do good solid clinical work simply does not exist.
