Large case load (15 - 20 clients but 10 or more are afternoon only) No support Management only cares about money and billables and not what is best for families Will steal your ideas and claim them as their own Not open to helping BCBAs grow Unmanageable drive time Don't care about unethical tech billing. (Insurance fraud) Don't care about techs who assault clients Not allowed to do FAs even when part of ethics code. Solicits reviews from current clients (ethics violation) Don't care about tech retention or their quality of life 1 person managing authorizations. While she is wonderful things are not done on time because she is overwhelmed and over worked Not enough training on billing Micro management of schedules even though told you have a flexible schedule Refuse to provide incentives when they don't provide a caseload to meet billables in the beginning No training for trainees building hours towards certification
