coworkers are kind and so are the supervisors

Cons

the company itself. you do not get lunch breaks. its hard to schedule time off. they tell you theyre going to give you a raise and they never do. if your client calls out you dont get paid. high stress environment and they dont train people enough. high turnover rate. pay is not worth it.

If you feel more training is necessary, we have weekly training office hours and on-site BCBAs to help. Butterfly Effects also routinely supports additional training to all RBTs if requested.
