Hello, Thank you for the review. As a former behavior technician, I am very concerned with the how behavior technicians are treated by management. I have provided training to management to increase clinical and emotional support to our behavior technicians. As President, I have implemented several initiatives to retain technicians and improve the work culture (increased pay, tuition benefits, career path to become a BCBA, additional training support, and increased case supervision).
