Thank for posting a review. It sounds like the drive time and hourly rate were the elements that caused you to be unhappy working for Butterfly Effects. I wish you had called our management team. We would have done our best reduce your drive time and reviewed your compensation. I started my career as a behavior technician and very much care about the employee experience at BE. We have recently hired a new Regional Director in NC. This professional values the role of the behavior technicians and will responsive to all concerns.
