Hello, Thank you for providing your perspective. I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy working for BE. We have been providing treatment to over 2,000 families in the New Orleans area since 2005. Within the last six months we have the raised the entry level pay for RBTs and provided an increase within the first six months of employment. Our training department is always available to provide addition training upon request. We even have training department office hours that all behavior technicians can attend without an appointment. Our BCBAs have some of the lowest billable and case requirements in the industry. I started by career as behavior technician.
