Please feel free to contact me with these concerns so I can ensure you are being paid appropriately. We conduct numerous wage analyses to make certain we are paying appropriate RBT rates. Thank you for bringing up our support for the ABA Master’s benefit. Currently, we support over 40 behavior technicians obtaining their master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
