Hello, Thank you for the review. I'm pleased you consider our manager's to be caring professionals and the work meaningful. You can grow with us! We can give you a career path to becoming a BCBA We offer free fieldwork BCBA supervision, tuition support at select ABA graduate schools, and tuition discounts. We have dozens of BCBA that started with us as behavior techs . We are currently improving our tech training: 1) We have created a new tech orientation to clarify expectations, provide company overview, and welcome new staff. 2) We are removing the 40-hour online tech course and replacing with combination of Butterfly Effects training and field training sessions.
