Thank you for the advice. We have chosen not to have a scheduling department to add increased communication and scheduling flexibility between the family and behavior technician. Most behavior technicians and BCBAs appreciate the direct scheduling communication with family. I will consult with staff to determine if direct scheduling with the family is problematic.
