Thank you for the review. I’m pleased you found the flexible scheduling rewarding. We are currently working on a new process to minimize session cancellations. Behavior Technicians will soon have back-up cases to service when sessions are cancelled. Also, we will be requiring all families to sign a service commitment contracts to minimize cancellations.
