Not Living Wages - Paraprofessional Butterfly Effects Employee Review

Pros

The hourly wage and training are good. You'll make an above-minimum wage, get training to study to be a behavioral technician, and there is room for advancement.

Cons

There are not enough shifts and hours to make living wages. You have to work in strangers' homes in unpredictable conditions. Some clients are violent. The company had to settle a class-action lawsuit for wage theft. Schedules are unpredictable and can change in a moment's notice.
