Pros

Salary, one CEU meeting per month

Cons

I didn’t work here long, but it was a terrible experience. They are very profit driven, so you will get hit with a huge caseload right away (I had over 20 before I left) and no support. Communication from management is messy with staff and families which leaves them upset with the BCBA. They make you sign a noncompete that limits your ability to work after you leave and tell you to do reports that you have not been trained on. The benefits are not great (only 10 days vacation/sick combined, no 401k match, health insurance deductibles up to 6k). there is a reason why tech turnover is high and this region has a revolving door of BCBAs.

Hello, I’m sorry you had a negative experience. We cap the number of BCBA cases at 15 home-based cases. You should never have 20 cases as that is a breach of policy. Any BCBA that is unsatisfied with their situation always has access to the President. As a BCBA-D I understand the challenges of the position. I am taking your feedback very seriously and will conduct an internal review so future staff do not encounter some of the concerns you express in this review. Dr. Steve Woolf, BCBA-D and President
