RBT - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Butterfly Effects Employee Review

Hello, Thank you for the positive review. A few RBTs have mentioned that training is overly long. Our training timeline conforms to the RBT training hours requirement from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Butterfly Effects does pay for staff to complete training and most staff complete the training within 10 days. We have redeveloped the training so its engaging and interesting for staff. However, I cannot reduce the training hours and maintain compliance with the BACB standards. Dr. Steve Woolf, President
