Hello, we earnestly try our best to support all of our staff. I have great respect for our RBTs as they change lives for families and children every day. I don't know your exact situation, but we always pay staff for time submitted. We also inspect the supervision ratios of of our BCBA staff each month and take action if a case is under supervised.
