Hello, thank you for the review. Managing healthcare authorizations is one of the most difficult tasks at Butterfly Effects. Many healthcare insurance companies take an excessive amount of time to approve services. Although long delays do not happen often, when an authorization is delayed it hurts both families and staff. We have recently changed our re-authorization procedures to give select healthcare providers additional time to approve services. My hope is the additional time will result in less service pauses.
