Pros
The highest paying company in the area,
Cons
The term “self-starter” is a huge red flag here, when you start you will start with a caseload off back tickling 1 by 1 week by week, and you may not have orientation until 2-3 months after your start date. Senior level managers “act” so caring but if you’re not meeting minimum requirements they give you no real solution to fixing it. If you’re seeking work-life alignment go elsewhere. The training for behavior techs is so subpar that you’re responsible for also re-training them once they’re assigned to a client, taking away valuable clinical time. There’s a lot of toxic positivity, they’ll rather “keep it positive” than address the true barriers people face which makes people afraid to speak up about the real issues that need to be addressed.
