Thank you for your review. While I am uncertain what might have prompted a statement of 'unethical service culture' - I am disappointed to ever see Butterfly and ethics or integrity questioned in the same sentence. Last week during our Town Hall meetings when I shared our Team Member Engagement Survey scores, one of our top rated scores from all team members was our ethical behavior as a Company and our integrity.
