It's alright, just not enough training and support - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Butterfly Effects Employee Review

Drive time and inconsistent hours/schedule. When a client cancels, you don't get the hours, so it is difficult to rely on income as an RBT. Also, there is a lack of hands-on training. You kind of are just thrown in with minimal guidance when you first start. You learn as you go but it would be nice to have support from the get go.
