We have recently changed leadership in your area and the structure by which we manage the remote local, small markets with the belief that smaller areas to manage will result in better and more frequent communication. Typically families move through a fairly lengthy transition plan, however, not all experiences are created equal. We rely on both verbal and written communication at the time of transition for both team members and families, thus your experience does not meet our standard.
