The only thing they are in the business of "installing" is executives into high powered positions in the hopes of legitimizing what seems to be Orange County's latest technology start up scam and then preventing them from actually executing a smart business idea. Your work product is literally thrown into the garbage and then reassigned to the next person to inevitably be thrown into the garbage again. The turnover rate is so high that new employees are unaware that the projects they have been assigned have been circulated through the company multiple times with no result or progress. Changing your title, responsibilities, and even the company name are almost a daily occurrence. As soon as you think you are moving in a forward direction everything is reorganized and you have to basically start from scratch.
