Creating a positive work environment is a top priority, and we are always looking to evolve that culture and find more ways to support and reward team members. It is important to me to make the effort to speak with every employee on a personal level and ensure that we maintain an engaged and caring environment for everyone. The unique nature of our work requires team members learn an extensive range of new ideas and practices, all of which require regular training and support. Our managers are passionate about teaching the people on their team to grasp new concepts and skills and to increase their overall performance. So, managers—including our company founder and our CEO—do work closely with employee. It’d be easy for that to be misconstrued as mistrust. But it is actually providing the support and guidance necessary for success at Buy It Installed, Inc. We’re doing some pretty advanced stuff here, so training is super important in order to get it right. But as our unique product has come together the team morale has moved towards affirmation that we’ve together done something monumental. We also understand that different work styles are not always the right fit for our methods and procedures. We have implemented a new vetting and interview process that does a better job of matching the right type of person to our culture and the tasks we have to do. And as we have grown beyond the start-up phase, we have also developed a more dispersed leadership structure. We are full of competent leaders well able to execute company strategy and coach new team members to be prepared to thrive here. Apologies if it wasn’t for you, and we weren’t able to mutually identify that earlier. But I promise there are a lot of people here for whom the fit is great. And we are enthusiastic that we are having greater success in finding such fits early on. And with our continued expansion there will be more such hires ahead!
