Best coworkers I've ever had. Really amazing people work there.
Cons
First, all the negative reviews are true. Don't be fooled by the positive ones, the founder wrote those himself or told someone to write a positive review to offset all the negative ones. Second, business is a disaster. So many competitors have opened since the company started and Buy It Installed can't get it together to show a profit. Third, the founder is delusional and thinks he is an expert at everything so he won't let anyone do anything, even though the company is filled with smart people. He is so self-centered (read the company "About Us," it's just a bio for Todd...) and is running the business into the ground. The company has insane turnover for a reason. There is literally no reason to join this company. AVOID at all costs!
