The team members are genuine and nice and you can bond over all the terribleness

Cons

There is absolutely no product. If you have invested, you're a complete moron and have been completely bamboozled by the founder's fantasies. Look around you and this product is already in the marketplace and already doing better. BII promises the moon in its product, but its all just a founder's dream with nothing tangible. They are several years behind today's technologies even though they claim to be advanced. Advice - get a second opinion from a technical/software expert before investing. You'll find out it's all a joke.

This is a great company with paths to continue developing. You are not just a number you are part of a family. Management really makes you feel like your opinion matters. Having ideas and not being able to share them with management is frustrating, at Buy It Installed they listen. I believe the way this company is headed they will be a Fortune 500 company within the next 5 years. Great ideas and development to move forward in today's world. Very exciting.
