I have no qualms with its current structure but any future employees should understand that nothing is handed to you here. You have to train yourself, manage yourself, and become informed about everything by yourself. There is generally one person per title position so you have to become an expert at that position without any guidance and must do so quickly because new ideas and strategies are thrown around almost daily. You can take this as an opportunity to showcase more skills and grow in your craft or as a stress trigger consistent with hell week in sports training.
