The Bank really cares about employee input. Its a group of people looking for others' experience and insight not thinking they know it all already. The organization cares about it's employees and does not see everyone as replaceable. Being a local organization you know who's there to help for you and your clients There is no department outside of the area, state, or Bank assignment to "fill in". Knowing the people your looking for answers from makes a huge difference
