Pros
I'm a new-ish employee, and I couldn't be happier with my Byline experience to date. I love the flexibility of WFH and being able to management my schedule to fit my life instead of the other way around. Byline is a leader in the WFH arena, and they seem to have integrated it very well into the bank. I feel a great sense of being connected and appreciated despite being in another state.
Cons
Pay in my area is not competitive with other banks I've worked for but for me the tradeoff of working with a slightly smaller bank is well worth it.
