I have worked for Byline for several years and have worked under different managers. One did nothing but complain, and the other didn't provide any communication at all. Neither provided any 1x1 meetings outside of mid-year and annual reviews despite HR policy insisting that 1x1s are regular occurrences for all departments. The place is run by drama and gossip. Not sure how managers are selected, but the good ones always leave and the others aren't knowledgeable enough to help their own teams. No training programs to speak of. Ridiculous expectations; no work-life balance.
