Pros
The salary is okay, slightly more than other companies with the same job scope, benefits are the same as other companies, medical, optic and dental. Great colleagues, I'm lucky because my Team Leader is super nice.
Cons
Strict company policy, lateness is taken very seriously cannot even be one minute late everyone will be on you. The KPI is super hard to achieve, I'd say I'm a competent employee I always have been, it's never been a problem for me to achieve KPI at my previous jobs I's used to be in the top 3 performers at my previous jobs. But I've worked here for a year and never once I got the KPI because it is almost impossible. Bonus is very little as their standards are very high, so unless you are extremely good at your job you can only expect half of your monthly salary for your yearly bonus. Also you work on shifts, includes night shifts 10:30pm to 7:30am but allowance is only RM200
