Pros
- Accessible, it is basically right next to the Muzium Negara MRT
Cons
- They decided to cut headcount due to the US issue probably but instead of offering severance plan directly, they make the KPI and monthly performance difficult and overly competitive in order to rate you down so that you will eventually leave. - Think with a very old-fashioned mindset although they are the leading social media app/ IT company, work could be done at home and more efficiently since we are given laptops to bring home but force us to work in the office. Basically doing the same thing in office or from home. - No increment for 3 years although being a MNC - Does not seems to listen to our voices.
