      Burkert offers excellent benefits for healthcare 401k, dental, vision, etc...

      Cons

      You have a very short amount of time to become part of the favored clique. If you do not make the cut be prepared to take the brunt of blame for shortcomings as well as a lack of consideration for promotion. Im sure this is a common issue with most companies but it is particularity exacerbated here.

      Great products. Feature Rich and well designed.

      Cons

      They can’t seem to keep good sales managers who care about their team. What’s left is a political, self-promoting team of lackeys that is only concerned for themselves. It’s toxic.
