The USA division a very toxic environment at every level except for the complete inexperienced upper management team. If you have absolutely no experience in the process industry or selling in the USA you are qualified for an uppermanagement position in this company. This company has a massive lack of leadership starting with the CEO in Germany, who does not know what industry this company is in and spends millions on pet projects and new products that just fail. He also buys garbage small companies that always go under…it is a joke. The customer is the last thing on this company’s mind, 6-12 weeks deliveries are normal, product returns for evaluations are up to 6 months. If you are looking for an overpriced fair product this is the company for you. If you are looking for a job in sales I do not recommend this company. They turnover 30% of their sales force and overall company a year. Long-term sales position is 3 years. If you are in need of a job then take it and keep looking, because you will not last at this company. You will be cursed out by more customers working for this company than you have ever experienced. They will eliminate part numbers and certifications without warning and that is just too bad for the customer. If you are good at stabbing people in the back then this is a good company for you. This is a complete survival environment. What is good is the benefits and salary. They need to pay you a good wage to put up with all the crap this company gives you.

The people, work environment, delivery or lack of delivery, lack of caring for the customer, not standing behind their products, lack of technical support, no training, every software they pick.
