Had a few great colleagues. Pay and benefits were good

Cons

Management in Germany has zero business sense and make the worst decisions that leave the company with frustrated customers and employees. Political games are big, if you brown nose the right people at the right time you can survive. If you are aligned with the wrong people you will be discarded no matter how much you have given over the years.
