Pros

Let's see here. C-4 offers bagels on Tuesdays, and pizza on Wednesday. Other than that, C-4 was a horrible professional experience.

Cons

- Extremely low pay - Absurd amount of Micro-Management from Middle, Senior Management - Long hours, no overtime - Only Automotive industry clients, who are horrible to work with - Nobody has anyone's back. Everyone in the Client Services team is trying to undercut each other to get ahead. What does that environment foster? Everyone throwing each other under the bus. Great culture, right!?
