Pros
- Work environment (in office) - Employees. If you are put on the right team, you will be surrounded by people that want to succeed and get work done. Establishing good relationships with your team etc when your surrounded by the work you deal with makes your day a bit easier.
Cons
If you enjoy being overworked, don't prioritize a healthy work/life balance and don't mind cramming in 5 minutes out of your well over 8 hour day for lunch -- C4 is right for you. It is a very fast paced and demanding place and I urge you to take this review as others into consideration before you apply or accept. Time management is a must have and juggling your clients needs will most days feel like a circus act. Clients in this industry are demanding, selfish, and will test your patience. You will go to bed every night stressing over what you have on your plate to accomplish tomorrow that will grow into a bigger list by the time you wake up in the morning. You will continue to get even more clients thrown at you and it gets even more exhausting -- it feels like your work never ends because it does not. I thought this was "normal" in this industry, but it is NOT. Not to mention how unfortunate it is to see so many young people there that have an alarmingly high amount of stress already when it is only their first or second job in their career! The job isn't easy, but it is not impossible. There are people still working there that have managed their day okay, even if it means logging off of work late. It is up to you to decide if you want this life style and can handle it, but if not, this is the transparency I wish I had before working for them. Also why turnover rate is so high. Reward and recognition for most is very low.
