Pros
Structured and robust training program. You learn a lot very quickly about Auto and digital marketing. Great support during training process especially if you have a good manager like I did. Good experience getting to work cross-functionally with other teams, as well as with clients. Excellent place for a newbie to learn the ropes of auto and marketing
Cons
Very cliquey, either you’re a favorite and “in the circle” where promotions and recognition come easily, or you’re “out” and you can bust your butt and be more productive than anyone in your whole team and get nothing in return. Heavily political environment with DEI (might be a pro for some, not for all). Insane workload compared to other agencies and pay wasn’t that competitive. Lot of weekly and monthly tasks are busywork. Also your team experience is entirely dependent on your managers - some are fantastic like mine, I’ve heard horror stories about others. If you’re someone who wants to be aggressive in their career and move up quickly, be ready to work your butt off, routinely work outside your assigned hours, and play politics in order to do it. Even then, no guarantee you’ll get recognition.
